Important information for your flight and safety
Children under 2 years of age will not pay any fee but must be registered at the time of departure and will be entitled to travel with the ticket holder, without the benefit of a seat and without the benefits of free baggage space.
Children from 2 years to 10 years of age are considered as minors, who will be allowed a seat and their own baggage allowed if they pay the minor rate (not applicable in promotional rates).
Passengers must present themselves at the airport counters 1 hour before flight departure.
15 minutes before flight departure, the documentation is closed and passengers arriving after this time will lose the full value of the ticket.
Passengers must be present 15 minutes before departure time in the last departure lounge and the company is not responsible if the passenger is left on the ground for not complying with these requirements.
A baggage allowance of 15 kg per person, in case of overweight will be charged according to the current rates that apply for this case.
There are certain items that due to their fragility or value require special handling, such as cameras, medical instruments, jewelry and/or collectible documents, personal computers (lap tops), video cameras, cellular phones, measuring and precision equipment, electronic devices, among others.
For this reason, we request that if you are traveling with any of these items, please inform the carrier, since in case of loss, loss or damage, the carrier will only be able to compensate you based on the Mexican Civil Aviation Law and Regulations or the Warsaw Convention.

Identification
ADULTS must present official identification (IFE, Passport or Driver’s License), MINORS or CHILDREN must also present identification (Passport, school ID, birth certificate or vaccination card). The company reserves the right to deny boarding if this requirement is not met.
Prohibited articles:
Firearms, replicas or imitations of firearms, components and/or parts of firearms, guns used for distress signals, toy guns of all types, pointed or sharp-pointed weapons capable of causing injury, whether made of metal or any material capable of being used as a powerful weapon.
Chemical and/or toxic substances:
The following items may not be checked in baggage: Explosives, including detonators, fuses, grenades and mines. Gases: propane, butane, filmable liquids, radioactive substances, including magnesium, lighters, pyrotechnic fires. Organic oxides and peroxides, including chlorines, car repair tools, car repair items, toxic substances, poison, infected blood, radioactive material. Corrosives including mercury, car batteries, fuel system cars.
Smoking:
Smoking is not permitted in any area of Aerotucan aircraft, otherwise the passenger will be subject to the respective sanctions and penalties.
Cell phones:
Cell phones, personal electronic devices with wireless connection may only be carried in hand bags and will have to be turned off when the aircraft signals indicate or the crew does so. They may not be used during the flight
Animals or pets:
They are accepted as long as they are in their cages and have the respective vaccinations (present vaccination booklet). A service charge will apply.
Use of electronic devices on board:
The use of equipment such as: iPod, Cellular and Mp3, are allowed, however, during takeoff and landing all equipment must remain turned off and stowed. Please follow the crew’s instructions.
